Welcome
As a beginner, a few years ago I had a lot of questions and problems with in the Internet, until I resolve them by myself or by searching the Web. Hopefully you will find your answers even to the little things on this journey. There is so much information on the Internet that I suggest you focus on one issue at a time, otherwise you could get lost. Step one is to decide what do you need, what are you looking for. I see the Internet like a small world with no borders or countries, a place for all to enter and enjoy what it gives:
* Information
* Communication
* Entertainment
Let start with how to build your first blog
Ther is many places you can pay people to do this for you, but, to begin and practic I choos the free tools to build my site for not to spend money for things we do not know how it will work for us yet. The number one place I love for building my site and blogs is BLOGGER from Google, yes, it is FREE, and there is so much to see and learn, that if you do not focus on one issu you get lost .

A short reviwe from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks. A computer that connects to the Internet can access information from a vast number of servers and other computers. An Internet connection also allows the computer to send information onto the network; that information may be saved and ultimately accessed by a variety of servers and other computers. Much of the widely accessible information on the Internet consists of the interlinked hypertext documents and other resources of the World Wide Web (WWW). Web users typically send and receive information using a
web browser; other software for interacting with computer networks includes specialized programs for electronic mail, online chat, file transfer and file sharing. Information is moved around the Internet by packet switching using the standardized Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP). It is a "network of networks" that consists of millions of private and public, academic, business, and government networks of local to global scope that are linked by copper wires, fiber-optic cables, wireless connections, and other technologies.
